These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of astroyantrik.com and the Astroyantrik mobile app (together, the "Platform"), operated by Astroyantrik ("Astroyantrik", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform offers Vedic astrology, numerology, palmistry (AI Hastagya), face analysis (Samudrik), Vastu, Panchang, Tarot, and live consultations with independent astrologers and pandits, along with a shop and wallet system. By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or purchase a consultation on the Platform. Generating a Kundli or report for someone else (e.g. a parent generating their child's birth chart) is permitted and does not require the person the report is about to hold an account themselves.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including birth date, time and place) and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Astrology, numerology, palmistry, face analysis, Vastu and Tarot are traditional belief systems. Any Kundli, prediction, remedy, compatibility score, palmistry/face-analysis report, or astrologer/pandit opinion you receive on the Platform is offered for informational, guidance and entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and must not be treated as one. Decisions about your health, finances, relationships or legal matters should be made with a qualified professional, not solely on the basis of content from this Platform.
We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.
Astrologers and pandits on the Platform are independent practitioners, not employees of Astroyantrik. We verify their application before onboarding them, but the specific readings, opinions, and remedies they give during a consultation are their own professional interpretation, and Astroyantrik does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any consultation.
Voice/video consultations are relayed in real time through our calling infrastructure provider and are not recorded or stored by Astroyantrik. Please treat astrologers and pandits with respect; abusive behaviour towards them (or by them towards you) can be reported to us and may result in account/profile action.
Paid consultations, and certain reports, are paid for using your Astroyantrik wallet balance. You add money to your wallet via Razorpay; we never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials — these are entered directly on our payment partner's secure page. Wallet balance can only be used within the Platform and is not withdrawable to a bank account or transferable to another user, except through our Refer & Earn program's own defined reward mechanics.
Premium Subscription plans (Monthly / Annual) are one-time purchases valid for the stated duration from the date of purchase. They do not auto-renew — no recurring payment is set up, and you will need to purchase again to continue premium access after your plan expires.
Prices shown on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; changes do not affect a purchase you have already made.
For any refund or cancellation issue not covered above, contact us using the details in Section 15 and we will review it in good faith.
You agree not to: impersonate another person; upload photographs of anyone other than yourself (or someone you have permission to act for) for Hastagya/Samudrik analysis; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to bypass rate-limiting, security controls, or access another user's account or data; scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell Platform content or reports commercially without our permission; or abuse, threaten, or harass astrologers, pandits, or other users/staff.
The Platform's software, design, rule-engines, and original written content (excluding content you submit) are owned by Astroyantrik or its licensors. Reports generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the personal information and photographs you submit; by submitting them you grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide you the requested service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Platform relies on third-party providers (payment processing, cloud storage, calling infrastructure, AI processing, analytics, SMS, and WhatsApp Business Platform) to operate — see our Privacy Policy for the full list. Your use of any linked third-party site or service is governed by that provider's own terms.
The Platform and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available". While we take reasonable care in building our astrological engines and onboarding astrologers/ pandits, we do not warrant that reports, predictions, or consultations will be accurate, complete, or achieve any particular outcome for you. Astrological, numerological, palmistry and face-analysis reports are not medical or psychological diagnoses; see Section 2.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Astroyantrik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, or from decisions you make based on content, reports, or consultations obtained through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or misuse the Platform. You may stop using the Platform, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle a deletion request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us directly (see Section 15) before any formal proceeding. Subject to that, the courts at Madhubani, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
